Thank you for choosing Soul Theory. By purchasing our digital software, you agree to the following Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Soul Theory provides digital software products secured via node-locked license keys. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and license key generation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or situations where you no longer need the software after purchase.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that by completing your purchase and receiving your digital license key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital product and/or license key has been delivered to you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Major Failures: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the software (e.g., the software is fundamentally broken and unfit for its stated purpose, and cannot be patched or remedied).

• Minor Failures: For minor software bugs or technical issues, Soul Theory reserves the right to remedy the issue by providing technical support, workarounds, or software patches within a reasonable timeframe, rather than issuing an immediate refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements outlined on our website prior to purchase. Refunds will not be granted for inability to use the software due to inadequate hardware, operating system incompatibilities, or failure to properly configure third-party audio drivers.

All refund requests or reports of technical failure must be submitted in writing. To request support, please email support@soultheory.com.au with your order number, license key, and a detailed description of the technical issue. If a refund is legally mandated or granted at our discretion, your Keygen license key will be permanently revoked, and the funds will be returned via your original payment method (Stripe).
